Getting Started


All inquires, communication and discussions with H.M. Johnson & Associates is treated as confidential whether a consulting agreement is developed or not. The first step in the consulting process is a free discussion between the prospective client and H.M. Johnson & Associates. This discussion will identify the current situation affecting the client, key issues and planning and/or research objectives. Based upon this information, H.M. Johnson & Associates will prepare and submit a formal proposal detailing the situation, objectives, scope-of-work, methodology, deliverables, timeline and project costs.

CONSULTING COSTS:
Project costs depend upon the scope-of-work and time and travel (if any) involved. In some cases, projects are quoted on a fixed-fee (plus expenses) basis, while other projects may be quoted on the basis of a daily consulting rate or monthly retainer.
